Aims and Objectives of Palli Sanchay Bank

Goal:

1) Increase savings tendency among disadvantaged people and provide incentives against savings to increase savings tendency.

2) To create funds for the savings of disadvantaged people, to provide necessary loan assistance on easy terms, to convert every household into an income generating farm, to make the poor financially self-sufficient by relying on accumulated deposits through processing and marketing of manufactured goods.
3) Skill development in different sectors of agriculture such as agriculture, fisheries, poultry, poultry, nursery and fruit farming. To establish Bangladesh as a separate economic unit by considering each house as the focal point of economic activities in national development, to take productive activities in its own backyard with the help of small savings capital, create opportunities for marketing and self-employment and establish a hunger-free and poverty-free Bangladesh.
 
Purpose:

1) To help the underprivileged people to build capital by collecting small savings and also through micro-savings activities.

2) To make every household a focal point of productive activities by increasing the efficiency through training and providing necessary loan assistance and to increase investment in the agricultural sector at the marginal level.
3) To ensure the empowerment of women by increasing the skills and abilities of entrepreneurs through training in the implementation of income generating programs.

4) To play a positive role in poverty alleviation by ensuring integrated village development by creating group human resources.
5) Involve the underprivileged in poverty alleviation activities by combining modern information technology by ensuring maximum utilization of natural and human resources.
